Fear brings the worst of best person. But fear is necessarily not something which needs to be controlled and avoided, fears are actually a good thing
ex if there's a fire alarm in a room it's a indication of asking people to move to safe area, not to get panic and loose ourself.
• Similarly if we look fear as a indicator for making wise decision then fear is actually good thing.
• once fears thought comes to mind, how we tackle it is everything.
• use fear as catalyst to perceive something and to change ur approach , rather than halluciating with the negative thoughts.
• use fear as predictor of what might go wrong, and start working on it.
• we create our own self- made biospheres and stay within it. If any alien thing comes inside the biosphere or if we move our of our ecosystem we feel uncomfortable and suffocating.
• Its important for us to move out of our comfort zone and expand our self made biospheres
• The Roman Stoic philosopher Seneca observed that “Our fears are more numerous than our dangers, and we suer more in our imagination than reality.” We can.
