KINTSUGI : Fixing our broken mindset.
✨We write for people to read it, we act so people can praise our performance, we talk, so people can hear our intuitiveness.
We surround ourselves by a 'invisible ladder' and feel that someone close to us is climbing way ahead of us.
And when we think, we're lagging behind, we feel whole world is plotting a conspiracy against me and holding me back.
✨Hey look at that person, he has gained so many followers, fame, 8 digit package and everything in no time and I am here stuck in loop, with all family issues, personal issues etc.
Why am I the one who is constantly confronted with such situations in life?
These kinds of thoughts come up in people's heads from time to time, or for a select few people, on a regular basis.
🌟"" EMOTIONAL PAIN LASTS ONLY FOR 20 MINUTES, REST ALL IS SELF REFLECTED"".
🌟" I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am , I am what I think you think I am "
The only way to quit following the phantom ladder of others' and, most crucially, our own expectations is to change our mindsets to accept who we are and go on with what we're called to face.
If you have read till this point, then either you may be a person who is going throught this phase in life or a person who has stated to feel the snippets of these things.
🌈Either of these cases following below 4 steps may help you to overcome this.
1). Denial: This is the initial stage, where we start to deny the situation t nohrown to use and cry, why me.
2). Acceptance: The only way when ur down is to move up. Instead of playing victim card and giving up everything, we can accept the change in a positive way, and start fighting it.
3). Maintanence: once you have accepted the change, and trying to be a new person, the rule is to never think about your old self. Maintain the attitude and think only about how you can get out of this situation.
4). Grow: KINTSUGI is the Japanese traditional practice of fixing a broken pot with gold, platinum or other precious materials.
Great things happen when we move out of our comfort zone.
The situation we're facing today might seem like a burden to us, but we never know the serendipity it's gonna bring us in the future.
